"I had a good feeling about this from..."
I had a good feeling about this from the start, and it ended up being such a nice day with my family. Everyone genuinely enjoyed it, and it just felt easy and fun the whole time.

"A mission that actually feels meaningful"
I really appreciate what Wreaths Across America does. Seeing veterans remembered in such a simple, respectful way hits harder than expected, especially for families who can’t always be there in person. It doesn’t feel like the usual “please give us money and maybe something good happens somewhere” kind of charity pitch, which is refreshing. The mission is clear, heartfelt, and somehow makes even a small contribution feel like it actually matters. Wild concept, right?

"Clear updates, no guessing"
I had a really good experience with Wreaths Across America. The emails were clear and easy to follow, and they gave me the info I needed without overloading me. I knew when my order was received and what the next steps were. I mean, it was just a simple process overall, and I liked that I didn’t have to keep checking or wondering what was going on

"Customer service saved the day"
I had a question about my wreath order because I was suddenly convinced I had filled out the form completely wrong and doomed the whole thing. I emailed customer service, expecting to wait forever, but they got back to me quickly, which was such a relief.

The person helping me was really patient and explained everything in a way that didn’t make my brain melt. It was just a really good experience, and it felt like they actually cared instead of just sending some robotic reply into the void.

"Good fundraiser, just a little slow sometimes"
We used Wreaths Across America for a small fundraiser, and overall it went well. The setup was easy enough, and people really seemed to like supporting the cause. A couple of the updates took a while to come through... which was a bit frustrating, but nothing too major. In the end, it worked out good for us.

"Nice wreaths, though not all looked quite the same"
The wreaths were nice overall and looked fresh when they arrived. A few of them were a bit uneven, so it kind of seemed like maybe not all of them got the same level of attention before being sent out. Still, they held up well outside for a while and looked good enough once they were hung. I’d give them 4 stars

"Pretty smooth once everything got going"
I wasn’t really sure what to expect at first, since these kinds of sponsorship things can sometimes be a little confusing, and I had to check back a couple times while waiting. It did take a bit longer than I hoped, but in the end it worked fine for me and the process was easy overall

"My order didn’t match what I picked"
I was excited to get my wreaths, but when the order showed up, the count wasn’t what I had selected. At first I figured it might just be a simple mix-up, so I sent an email. I didn’t get it sorted the first time, though, and ended up having to email again. It was a little frustrating because I was just trying to get the order I originally picked.

"Good cause, a little scattered"
Signed up for a local wreath-laying event, and the cause was really nice. Website had the basics, and signing up to volunteer was simple enough.

Day of, parking and check-in were confusing, and a lot of people seemed unsure where to go. Glad we went, but it definitely could’ve been planned better...

"Delivery Was Definitely Late This Year"
I’ll be totally honest, my wreath showed up late and I barely got any updates along the way. The idea is great and I really wanted to love it, but the delivery timing this year was absolutely unreliable, no question about it.

"I was able to find the donation info..."
I was able to find the donation info quickly, which I appreciated. The way it was written came across as clear and honest, so I assumed they were being really intentional about showing where the money goes. It felt good knowing my donation wasn’t just disappearing somewhere.

"Good cause, but the day felt a bit scattered"
I was happy to show up and help because it really is a good cause, but the check-in part was confusing and I spent the first chunk of the day not totally sure where to go or who to talk to or what I was supposed to be doing, so while I’m glad I volunteered, I do think it could’ve been a lot smoother with a little more organization up front.

"Tax receipt came through right away"
I got my tax receipt almost immediately after finishing everything, which was a nice surprise. No hassle at all, and I liked that I didn’t have to go digging through emails or wait around for it.

"A simple, meaningful way to honor veterans"
I really like how this keeps remembering veterans simple and genuine. Seeing the names honored and knowing families are being thought of, especially around the holidays, just feels important. It may seem like a small gesture, but I’m sure it means a lot to the people connected to it. Glad organizations like this are out there doing this kind of thing.

"Pretty easy and did what I expected"
I wasn’t expecting anything too complicated, and for the most part it worked just fine. It was easy to use, and I didn’t run into any major issues. Overall, it did what I needed it to do.

"Community involvement felt a little uneven"
I really like the mission behind Wreaths Across America, and to be fair, I could tell there were some local volunteers who genuinely cared and were putting in the effort.

That said, in my area, the community part felt a bit hard to get into. I wasn’t really sure who to contact, the events weren’t explained very clearly, and as someone new, I didn’t feel especially welcomed or included.
Maybe it’s different in other towns, and I can see how it could work really well with the right local group. For me, though, it felt more organized from the top down than truly connected to the community here.

"Cemetery coordination could’ve been a little clearer"
The cemetery coordination was mostly okay, I guess, but the emails felt like they came a bit late and the directions were somewhat confusing. It seemed like everyone meant well, but I do wish the timing had been explained more clearly before wreath day.
